AM-Athletics Day Reflection

 

Athletics Day What was your favorite sport and why? My favorite sports are high jump and track because i came 1 in high jump and track Did you persevere and how? I did and I never gave up if it was hard or easy What are you most proud of? Getting 1st in high jump and 1st in track Can you describe an interesting or funny story of the day? When I and maikee ran the 400 meters and I came 3 to last

The lion king movie!

 

This week in class Me and my group and to make a video with us recreating a scene from the lion king. I was Simba, Layla was Zazu, Ashlyn was Scar and Mufasa and we had to take like 12 takes and we were on the first line And hope you like the video.

Media

So me and my class are learning about media. we had to make a van diagram about Online media Print media and Broadcasting media. 

Why did I do it:

I did it so I can learn more about media and Cybersafety

  

 

I and my class did pot plants and I did the one at the top. this is how to make them. things you need: any bottle that you want any color paint then a plant and sandpaper. That's what you need now let's make it. First, you get your bottle and draw your design then you cut out your design and sandpaper the top of the lines. then you do two coats of white paint and wait for it to dry and do i another coat then you put on a clear coat x2 and then you are done.

Work for ag Day

 

I and my class did fabric art it was for ag day and you are thinking what is ag day. ag day is when you bring your pets to school but we could not do that because covid and family coming to pick up pets and looking after them. Now how to make your one so you need to have: tie-dye any color you want and paint then you need your fabric and that's all. now you get your tie-dye and put it on your fabric. when the tie-dye is dry you paint your fabric now you wait for it to dry and you are done hope you like it this is mine.

   Australia to New Zealand!

New Zealand See: i see live stock in paddock and big waves to surf, and going around rocks and going to the beach like everyday and fishing and a lot more.                                        

New Zealand different: what is different to ausralia is there are house near beach and sandjons and kids rideing around on bikes and big tractors everywhere and family is everywhere and friends get treated like famliy.

New Zealand similar: Big trees everywhere and good jobs  and more i cant dscrid.

what I did on the weekends

on the weekends I went to my nan's house and we went to their land we went beach way it was cold on the way up. when we got there the sand was so warm so we layed down but I got up and went to the car and went to sleep.

Then me and my brother went swimming I went back up to the house and my brother went surfing but with a shark, the shark got washed up and we took it home and gutted it and gave it to my dog the shark was a great withe.

How much time do students spend on their devices?

 

In room 11 we have been seeing how much time students spend on their devices this is what we did.

How we did the graph: we did the graph on sheets and made this graph.

We notice that everyone has different times like some people had 12 hours some people had minutes.

Using devices is bad because there is a thing in your head and when you use a device it shrinks and it is just bad.

In-room 11 our class has been learning Te Reo Maori.  We had to make games and this is mine.

In my game, you match the words to each photo. This is an easy game to learn 

it has  help me with my Maori learning a lot bc we do moari in our class are it does help me.

In the future, it will help me because my dad makes me a test with so many Maori words and I have to match them so it helps me. In the future i have to take away the English words from the maori.
